Copy Account and Copy Project

As an administrative process, Eightwire can copy entities from an existing Account. This can be useful if you have Project separation between test and production environments.

Project Metadata Report

The Metadata Report displays the entire configuration of a Project — the data can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet or a JSON file. To access the reports, a user must have the Account Administrator role or be a Project Administrator for a specific Project.

Account Group and Communities

By Default each Account has the Aged Users Report. We have some reports which can be enabled for your Account, which include the activity of any Account that is part of your community.

Account and Project Audit

Audit reports can be run to see any configuration change within an Account and Project. They can be run by Account and Project Administrators as required.

Certifications and Accreditations

Eightwire has the current certifications: - New Zealand Government Security Certification for SENSITIVE Data Sharing (Originally issued in 2017, renewed in November 2020 and November 2022) - Service Organisation Control (SOC 2) Type I and II audit. (Completed August 2022).
