Our release period is between 5pm and midnight NZ Standard time on Tuesdays.
We will send out an email notification to Eightwire Users giving at least a weeks notice if a release meets one of these criteria;
An outage is expected as part of the release.
Customer action is required on completion of the release (for example Agent update required).
The release involves new functionality.
